Some rules to remember,
My flat is a no smoking zone.  This includes vape and e-cigarettes.

Payment is required on arrival.  I shouldn’t really need to say this.  But recent interactions have made it necessary to clarify this point.  

I practice safe sex at all times.  That means condoms for anal and oral sex.  My sexual health and yours is very important to me.  I will not put myself or a visitors health at risk with unprotected sex.

Kissing is strictly at my discretion.  Being honest.  I'm more likely to engage in heavy and prolonged kissing with non smokers than I am smokers.

Please do not turn up drunk or the worse for wear of drink.  I will send you home.

Please do not bring illegal substances or poppers to a session.  You will not be allowed to use them whilst in my home.

Please be fresh and clean.  I do enjoy people who have good grooming. If needs be, you can use my shower to freshen up.

I operate a safe buddy system.  This means I message friend that I am about to start a session and who with.  I then message them at the end of the session to let them know I am ok.
